Our pricing model is scalable. We work with clients to determine a bespoke offering that suits their business. Pay for only what you need, with no fear of getting locked into tiered pricing. Our pricing model is also sustainable: unlike some proptech solutions, you won’t experience rapid escalation in costs.

Can REstack provide an ROI if we make the move to the platform?
Yes, we’ll need some information from you but REstack is able to quantify savings to your business by considering the outsourced fund administration approach that REstack offers.
Do we need to be clients of Yardi (or have Yardi licenses) in order to be clients?
No, REstack takes care of all of that.
Is there a large upfront cost to implement the REstack platform?
The onboarding cost varies and depends on a number of factors, but we are consistently the lowest cost as we do not require outside consultants.
Can I do my own fund administration but use the REstack platform?
No, we need to maintain control over this – and in fact, this is to your advantage, as it will provide more transparency to your investors. If you want access to our Yardi Voyager Commercial and other configurations we’re always open to a conversation.
